Preheat oven 350° F.
3 tbsp. butter or margarine 1 carrot, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped 1-1/2 cup chicken broth or water 6 cups BROWNBERRY® Sage and Onion Stuffing |

In a 3 qt. saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add carrot and onion. Stir frequently, cook 3 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add broth and heat to boiling; remove from heat. Add stuffing, tossing gently to moisten evenly. Spoon into 2 qt. casserole sprayed with No Stick Cooking Spray. Bake in 350° F oven for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
